Official coin desk
Coins are the digital currency used on the Ludovix Jump journey. They can add items, restock combat supplies, or help a difficult stage move more smoothly.
At the order desk, enter the email you use to log in to the game. That address is treated as your game account. After payment, the purchase is recorded on the account linked to this email, so the goods arrive in the right place and the account record stays protected.

Delivery Timeline Promise
After a virtual currency purchase is paid successfully, virtual currency is usually credited automatically to your game account (the email entered on the checkout page) within 5 minutes. If there is a system delay or order review, delivery will be completed within 24 hours at the latest.
If you still have not received your virtual currency after the promised timeline, please submit a request on the Contact Us page and provide your order number, purchase date, and payment proof. Customer support will verify the order and reissue the virtual currency within 3 business days of receiving your request.
If virtual currency cannot be delivered within 24 hours due to a system fault, inventory issue, or other reason, we will refund the funds to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund arrival time varies by payment method and is usually 7 business days.
Virtual currency may be used only inside Ludovix Jump.
